We’re beyond grateful to have such a dedicated & wonderful staff working at the Carlsbad Inn!  Despite the challenges we face day-to-day our staff keeps the resort operating smooth and efficient.  What is even more incredible is to see the same employees year after year & for a handful of employees decade after decade – even our long-time owners & guests notice this!  We are truly inspired by those who have dedicated majority of their working careers to the Carlsbad Inn!

Celebrating employee achievements is by far one of our favorite pastimes at the Carlsbad Inn.  This year, two of our very own are celebrating an incredible 25 years working at the Carlsbad Inn!  Without further ado, congratulations to both Gloria Perez from our Housekeeping team and Karen Hansen from the Front Desk team!

Gloria, celebrated 25 years this past July!  Gloria is an unspoken leader on the Housekeeping team with all her years of expertise.  You can always find Gloria assisting her co-workers in addition to completing her own daily responsibilities.  Gloria’s favorite part about the resort is the friendships she has made over the years, past and present.

Karen, reached 25 years this past May!  Karen’s last 25 years flew by because of the relationships created with our owners, guests and staff.  We’re betting Karen would even be able to match a face to a name despite the thousands of owners/guests she has met throughout her career!

We cannot say thank you enough to show our appreciation to both Gloria and Karen for their dedication to the Carlsbad Inn!  25 years is truly both remarkable and inspiring to their co-workers.  The next time you see either Gloria or Karen around the resort be sure to congratulate them!
