Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort & Hotel is 10 minutes from McClellan-Palomar Airport, and 35 miles from San Diego International Airport, which is served by all major international and domestic airlines, as well as car rental companies.  Uber, Lyft and other ride shares are available from any of the below airports.

From San Diego (South) – Take I-5 North. Take the Carlsbad Village Dr. exit #50, and turn left onto Carlsbad Village Dr. Turn left onto Carlsbad Blvd. The Resort is immediately on the right.

From Los Angeles (North) – Take I-5 South. Take the Carlsbad Village Dr. exit #50, and turn right onto Carlsbad Village Dr. Turn left onto Carlsbad Blvd. The Resort is immediately on the right.

The COASTER commuter train provides breathtaking coastal scenery as it runs north and south through San Diego County. The “Carlsbad Village” Coaster stop is three blocks from our resort. From downtown San Diego you can board the coaster at the Santa Fe Depot station. The ride from San Diego to Carlsbad is approximately 1 hour.
