Construction Notice

The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort has an exterior enhancement project ending soon.

Hotel enhancements:

• emergency roof repairs starting Monday, March 2 through mid-May 2026.  Project will be completed in four (4) phases – during each phase, all units will be available.

You may experience noise, dust and view scaffolding during this time.  Work will take place Monday-Friday only from 9:00am-5:00pm – please plan accordingly to avoid possible vacation interruptions.

As with all construction projects, the timeline may fluctuate.
