Construction Notice

The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort is currently undergoing enhancement projects through December 2024.

Exterior enhancements for elevated walkways in Condominium building:

• starting September 9 through December 2024.  Minor railing repairs.

Activities Department landing area:

• starting October 7 through December 2024.  Replacing concrete in landing area (stairwell currently closed).  Activities center & gym will remain open.

You may experience noise, dust, and construction related fumes during this time.  Please plan accordingly to avoid possible vacation interruptions- work will take place Monday-Friday from 9am-5:00pm.   

As with all construction projects, the timelines may fluctuate.
